Clownpiece,
Lunatic Fairy of Hell
A not-so-intelligent intelligence support that punishes enemies just by being there. She can create impassable runways to prevent sideway movement, ensuring they'll get hit by her slow-moving "wall of laser". The other abilities does not make escaping/laning from her easy nor initiating/teamfighting against her easy either!

ABILITY OVERVIEW :

Striped Abyss
Spawns 2 barriers that looked like runway in front of her. Enemies cannot walk pass them.
Crawling Hellgate
Conjures a wall of hellfire energy in front of Clownpiece that slowly moves forward. Initial contact to it deals high damage and further contact deals damage over time and silence.
Graze Inferno
Enemies that stay in her aura for a full second will be unknowingly influenced by her seemingly harmless torchlight. Only when they leave the aura will they take burn damage, decaying slow (and purge) as their sanity tried to kick back in.
