Hotfix(after 2 days lel): Luna's Lucent Beam gives her 25% BONUS as/ms for 3 seconds(was actually meant to be like that, but I forgor to add the duration, ofc it was not supposed to passively give her that bonus as and ms).

Meh, Power Treads are still better so she won't be killed THAT easily. Plus, her 380ms+10%+25%=380+38+95=holy **** 513 movespeed with only Yasha! No more runnerino from beamerino.

Well Luna's kinda hard to kite anyway, so that seems like massive overkill. Maybe 13% move/26 AS instead, cause 513 without even travels is ******ed.

It's not only for the kiting, but for escape. Luna, being a squishy, almost melee AGI carry, has no escape but her high ms - that's ridiculous.

And she is kited, when she activates Eclipse everybody just runs away because she can't activate it closely enough without Blink Dagger and Shadow Blade, now she can just beam something and run fast enough to make sure her ulti does the work.
