red and blue are magnets right?

so they only have certain distance to travel before dey got pulled together again.

you should add damage to enemies hit by the pull.

lol no no think like spirit bear. it has a certain range before it cant attack this is similar. but RED cant move outside the 6000 radius so basically tier 1 bot to tier 1 mid to enemy tier 1. once he apporaches the 6000 limit he can not move any further like kinetic field.

and i have ideas for the ulti but nothing concrete any help lads?

charges for 2 seconds. has a 80% chance to fail, when it does deals damage (70% HP, lethal) to yourself. fail chance is removed while at nest.

also smugs im confused by the E. 0% chance at 500? but we wanna attack from like 800+ distance right? or is it wip too?

he normally has a high attack range (650) so he will have a 48 someting percent chance to deal 35% critical damage when he attacks normally and when he is in a nest his range is 1450 within a cone so he can do 285% critical damage at a 22% chance at full range.

for his ult i was thinking more along the lines of a actual sniper

sitting in wait for a lone time for that perfect shot.

so like

if BLUE has been in a nest for 30 seconds with out attacking he starts to accrue a percentage based attack modifier

this attack modifier is this

the longer he goes without attacking the higher the percentage is to deal 100% of an enemies hp as damage

i dunno i want it to be calculated i want it to be like an actual sniper who will sit in one place for days on end just so they can get thier target.

its going to be really hard to implement in the game imo

dont waiting is the most despised thing at ganking? even lane dominators doesnt fit in well since he just sap exp while waiting and no cs.

its going to be really difficult for him to be viable anywhere.

ive actually had in mind the solo offlane.

he can harass from range, block thepull camp with ease and get XPfrom the lane.

then when he has a high enough level he can set up nests around the map and using RED he can scout out junglers or heroes.

basically u buy mask of madness and damage items and camp a lane harassing out or killing anyone that comes into it.

hes like techies. not really viable in most drafts but in the right one hes a game changer.

i just feel he needs a proactive ULT but nothing comes to mind.

how bout' something that increases his attack range to 3000 for 1 attack?

This is actually really interesting, but well Smug (let's make this a thing), this is really dangerous as well.
I love the idea of making it like a real sniper from our world, but well... just to say the least, Sando will hate you if you do this wrongly.
Anyway, interesting idea! Good luck on developing it further, I'll help you after you're done putting everything into this hero!

Woah, this hero(es) is incredibly realistic to an IRL sniper. As a suggestion, I believe the ult may be a bit too OP.

If he is solo laning,or goes mid, he would reach level 6 before other heroes, which is perfectly normal.
However, once he reaches level 6, it will just be unfair. I doubt many people will get BKB or and Eul's at level 5.

I would think a better approach would be to keep the percentage chance the same, but have the damage scale (30%/40%/50% ?)

Anyways, i love this hero for its utility and realism!
Before you ask why, think for a moment, why not.
