A New Pair Of Boots

I'm feeling meh on this item, OP active because of low cooldown but not so effective stat. I mean, free 150 mana every 25 seconds is very good, it literally allows everyone to spam their skills.

For example, Dragon Knight's Breathe Fire costs 130 mana at max level, which means he can spam his Breathe Fire every time a new creep wave approached and thus making him a good harasser as well as other heroes. In some worst cases, Juggernaut can spam his Blade Fury and zone out everyone with proper supporting. I know everyone can do the same thing with Soul Ring but with this new shoes support can purchase this item instead and regen his lane partner's mana frequently and makes everyone's skills highly spammable.

To look for a new shoes, we must look for something more unique.
HP - Power Treads is meh on this because 8 str provides only 152 hp which can be easily solved by a Bracer and 2 Iron Branch, and the attack speed is not needed on most supports, also the low movement speed boost can be a problem to them too.
MP - Arcane Boots
Damage - Phase Boots
Armor - Tranquil Boots
Movement speed - Tranquil Boots/ Phase Boots/ Boots of Travel
Stat - Power Treads
Mobility - Boots of Travel/ Phase Boots
Active - Every boots except Tranquil Boots

Now we should look for new boots which provide better HP boost, like:

Components:
Boots of Speed - 450
Vitality Booster - 1100
Total cost - 1550

+55 movement speed
+300 HP

OR

Boots of Speed - 450
Bracer x2 - 1050
Total cost - 1500

+50 movement speed
+6 strength
+6 to all stats
+6 damage

Active : Decrease hero's movement speed by 25% and reduce incoming damage by 25% for 6 seconds.
Cooldown : 20 seconds

Would be cool if this had an active like, restores 150 hp in an aoe around you on a 60 sec cooldown or something. Sorta like an alternate arcane boots, but instead of mana sustain health sustain.

I think it is not suitable because you already have better active with Mekansm. The whole point of this item is to tank damage so 0 mana cost pseudo-backtrack with penalty of slow movement speed may be better.

Actually, now with the huge manacost, Mek isn't all that great anymore...

and mek is ... i dunno i feel the hp boost needs to be a tad higher. or the mana cost needs to be reset.

Quelling blade passive and active but now when you eat a tree you gain bonus 10 ms and the hp regen of a tango.

It was before 6.8 im sure.

Active was channeled and restored HP in an AoE

No, WD's isn't channeled.

It's a burst heal, but you have to channel.
