I also had this idea before, Now its polished somehow :)

Kutan , The Demonic Spirit




Strength : 24 + 1.2
Agility : 25 + 2.0
Intelligence : 23 + 3.2



Base Attack Time : 1.4
Base Movement Speed : 290
Base Attack Range : 475
Base Damage : 48 - 53
Base Armour : 3


LvL 1: Lightning Blast [Q,W,E]



Q : Calls a wave of lightning which damages units in an AOE.



Damage : 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 + 2x INT
AOE : 250

Manacost : 100/110/120/130
Cooldown : 14/12/10/8


W : Calls a wave of lightning which damages units in an AOE.



Damage : 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 + 2x INT
AOE : 550

Manacost : 100/110/120/130
Cooldown : 14/12/10/8


E : Calls a wave of lightning which damages units in an AOE.



Damage : 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 + 2x INT
AOE : 850

Manacost : 100/110/120/130
Cooldown : 14/12/10/8


** The damage will spread to all enemies in the area **
** Damage type is pure **
** Blocked by magic immunity **
** If there is a magic immune unit in the aoe the damage wont spread to target to cause dealing less damage **

LvL 2 : Soul Steal [D]



For every damage he deals to enemies , he gets healed.

Heal per physical damage instance : 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 %.
Heal per other damage instance : 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 %.

** This skill works with items such as Dagon , Blademail etc. **
** This skill wont work with Mjollnir and Maelstrom procs (the first intance will heal but will not heal on jumps) **

LvL 3 : Demon Presence [F]



With Kutan as a terrifying being all enemies in the area will slowed proportionaly to their current HP.

Base slow : 7 / 10 / 13 / 16 %
Slow per each 10% Max HP missing : 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 %

** The slow goes through magic immunity **
** Can't be purged **
** The Slow will affect all unit including roshan and ancients **
** Overall slow will only affect Movement speed however base slow will affect attack speed **

LvL 6 : Demonic reflection [R]



When activated whenever Kutan attacks a target unit or hero he place a debuff on the target for 5 sec. If the target dies during this period its soul will be reflected into the being(summoning llusion).These illusion take 225% damage also they give bounty when killed.

Creep illusion duration : 4 / 7 / 10 sec
Hero illusion duration : 15 / 20 / 25 sec
Illusion damage : 50 / 75 / 100%
Illusion bounty for creeps : 10
Illusion bounty for heroes : 50


** Can be purged **
** Will dispel by magic immunity **
** Affects heroes and creeps including neutrals **
** Does not affect roshan and ancients **
** Denying a low hp illusion wont create another illusion **
** Will proc on allies if you manage to deny them **
** This ability have toggle on / off option with no manacost and cooldown (in order to prevent spawning illusions causing enemy hero to feed) **

Wow, this is really good. The Q,W,E are good, because using Q: will deal more damage, but in a smaller area, whereas using E will deal less damage, but in a larger area! A question about the Soul Steal though, is the heal a percentage of the damage dealt?

Tnx. Yeap it's a kind of lifesteal which u gain HP from all source of damage. {Imagine you get healed when enemy attack you in blademail active form :) } However the first skill is like Shadow Fiend's Shadowraze which lvling once will allow you to have 3 lightning blast with each having separate manacost and cooldown.

Hmm... I feel like the one with the larger AoE (E) should have more damage than the smaller ones (Q amd W). I mean, it's easier to hit 1 or 2 enemies with the small AoE skill as opposed to the one with big AoE, and since the damage is spread out, the damage taken per enemy is lower for the E anyway. Perhaps you should switch the values for damage? That is his only ability that deals direct damage, so making it powerful is fine :).

Well at first I did as you said but i think that was a little overpowered and this will allow the player to his skill more carefully :) but overall it can be buffed cause more enemies in the area resulting to deal less damage although hes kind of a ganker with 3rd ability and imagine in a 1v1 situation u can easliy deal up to 700 magic damage to target getting healed and causing target to get slowed.
