Ok, so I've been a great fan of the hero, since I'm the child of the Burning Crusade WOW. Now when it's out I'm probably going to make him my signature hero. But my friends (we are all about 700+ wins in d2 and some previous experience in wc3 dota) say that the hero is easy and overpowered. I told them that they should already know that he's not hard to counter and not that easy to play. Half the hero pool counters him with well timed stun/silence and especially necro and AA. His tf presence is bad and str/int growth too. His ulti seems op on the paper but its not like that ingame.
So is he more op, and easier to play than idk sf, weaver, naga? Because those are the heroes they play, and i think that sf and such are way more powerful because they dont have the stage in game when they are weak as terrorblade is in early game. And with that amount of experience ther should know to counter him, and not just be butthurt like "tb too stronk plz nrf", am I right?

And when answering i would be thankful if you could post for how long you are playing so i can show them the opinion of the community.

SF is as weak as Terrorblade early.I don't get your concern.More than half of the pool counters him.The thing that diferentiates good TB players from bad ones is the possitioning and the way they use Sunder.

Orchid won't help either, especially after he gets his manta style. And many players will just silence him at the begining of a gank, forgetting why they actually bought orchid - to prevent Sunder from happening.

Not by any means it's not!Tell them to lane against dual/triple ranged hero lane and get cs.
but i have to agree that other roles have a slight complexity about them.but then it also depends upon what hard carry you are playing.

It's not hard to kill him in lane at all, just ward, and track his escape routes. I managed to murder him playing offlane Icarus last night. Pheonix's flame spirits do a hell of a job zoning him out. Please to reinforce the pong, Terrorblade is not overpowered, I believe his starting health is actually lower than snipers, he's fairly well balanced, you just can't let him farm, like any other hard carry
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick

You know, he isn't exactly the Sniper-kind of Hero that stomps every single match with unaware enemies. I haven't seen a Terrorblade being played against me yet, but I must say his skill cap is a little higher than the other carries: using Conjure Image to stack camps, casting Sunder on the right enemy at the right time, not wasting Metamorphosis... Even Reflection needs good positioning since it has a very small range.

As almost all carries, he's very easy to counter before he gets fed: my favourite counter is Lion since he has two abilities that instakill illusions and an AoE stun; his ultimate is nothing to laugh at before buinding a Skadi/BKB either. I won't add anyone else to the list since you have plenty of choices above.

Anyway, his armor rating is huge: at first I thought it was unintentional, and I'm still not sure about it.

Yeah I am personally a huge fan of spectre, and this tb as an illusion carry seems a little similar.i don't have any experience with this since I did not play wc3 dota. i played him 2 times now lost one because i got matched with bad teammates. will try to go fast radiance into skadi and manta, what do you think?
this would be in pubs ofc because hes not added into cm yet.
and in pubs i usually just farm for long time because i cant rely on teammates to make a good teamfights and take part in ganks. would it be a good build for pubs? any suggestions?

I don't think Radiance is very good on him, unless you're sure you can rush it very early on (20-25 minutes?); I tried getting Power Treads, Ring of Aquila, Helm of the Dominator and Black King Bar (usual competitive build of Gyro, Luna and other AGI ranged carries) and I must say clearing stacked camps with lifesteal helps a lot. I still have to try an SnY/Manta into Skadi build, but I guess it works well too, if not better.

As you can read I'm not a huge fan of Radiance, so it might be just me.

I will try hotd build right now in some pubs. and by radiance yes i meant it before or at 20 min, i do that with spectre this cant really be harder right?

btw is it worth getting satanic on him as 3rd high tier item or it is very situational?
