I mean really...

Non-carry and non-tank heroes.

Well there are initiators, but many of them are supports to a degree e.g Earthshaker

There are junglers maybe? But most of them are either carries or, supports.

Many mid heroes will gank level 6 onwards for gold and exp so I guess you could classify them as gankers, semi-carries or just Mids.

I doubt this is what you thought you said but this is what I read.

I (Kyfoid the beloved) build support items on support heroes

That was quicker then expected.
Elaborate. please.

I was actually just thinking that I could've missed something.

You know, i really want to see this guy play sometime. Or even play with/against him.
It would be hilarious.

So I googled "Kyfoid" and this guy is a prolific known Troll in SC2 and LoL, generally gets on peoples nerves .

What made me laugh is that he is in the Urban Dictionary :

"kt;dr

A hated troll on the starcraft 2 forums is named Kyfoid

kt;dr stands for:

Kyfoid Thread; Didn't Read

(in response to a Kyfoid Thread)

kt;dr"

Yes of course, I'm a known troll on the sc2 forums...

This was the thread that I left off with, and it's still the most accurate truth about starcraft 2's problematic state to this day...

I raised the key question before, and it has continued to go unacknowledged since I raised it...

"How can you support your team unless you can stay alive?"

You don't always need to stay alive to be a good Support

- by sacrificing your own life to save the Carry's Life, e.g. by Body Blocking an Enemy, or skill, e.g. getting between a Pudge and your Carry so they can't be Meat Hooked.
- by ensuring a Kill on the enemy Carry, e.g. you dive in and Stun the Carry, their Team descends on you taking the easy kill, your Team swoops in for the important kill.

If you want to survive unneccessary deaths though, just learn a little thing called Map Awareness (being aware of which enemies are missing, and which ones are likely to be near you, knowing where your allies are, etc.

Now, pudge has his 12% magic resist from his skills and he is a strength hero with a high life pool, + hood = 42%... a whopping 42% magic resistence on a high life pool strength hero...

It's not just a simple addition, but calculated this way:-

100% - (100% - 25%)(100% - 12%)(100% - 30%)
== 100% - (75% * 88% * 70%)
== 54.2%

so he only gets about 29.2% from Flesh Heap and Hood of Defiance combined.

As for the Pudge with Pipe of Insight and Juggernaut with Vladimir's Offering...assuming most competant Dual Lanes can't work against this somehow...

They would be beaten easily by Razor and Bane. Razor doesn't care if you're Magic Immune or have high Magic Resistance, since Static Link gives him High Attack Damage, while weakening Jugg's and Eye of the Storm will punish them with Physical Damage and Armour Reduction. Bane can further Enfeeble Juggernaut, Nightmare Pudge to kill later and Fiend's Grip a helpless Juggernaut. As soon as Pudge's HP drops to, or below, the damage done by Brain Sap (75/150/225/300), consider Pudge dead, since Pipe and Magic Resistance are useless against Pure Damage, so he can't even Deny himself with Rot.

Pure damage is a reliable attack, not an op power shot early on. I am not bothered by it.

"You don't always need to stay alive to be a good support"

That's completely controversial and unexplained...

Bane is a ridiculous hero
