Aside from being the largest hero in the game, perhaps it should also be the slowest to make up for its absolute beastliness. 270 movement speed is a good start.

Other than that, a fairly balanced hero. It makes up for the tons of disables by being unable to bring much damage to the table early on. I could see this pairing up with Ursa and wrecking the entire game :P

40% damage reflect that goes through BKB? o.O
Spectre's Dispersion is the same type of skill. It has a larger radius, but the damage is divided between all targets instead of the source. Yet it only reflects 22% vs your 40...

That skill will counter every melee squishy carry in the game. I'd rather make it an active ability.

Dispersion's damage does not get divided between the number of heroes, it is reduced by how far the unit is from you.

Wait, does Kraken Shell reflect all damage, meaning you take none, or do you still take damage but so does the enemy...

How does the Tidal wave work? Is it like Kunkka's Ghost Ship, where it starts behind you and goes towards a target point, meaning this hero require a blink dagger to blink behind the enemy and initiate towards your team. Or does the wave appear a fixed distance away and come towards you, like invoker using his icewall but then pulling enemies to you...

Also, why did you remove the active for Kraken's shell. The free Blademail effect was awesome, but now it's back to being OP...

Cools downs on Tail Slam (Krakens have tails? XD) and Chain of the Kraken could be reduced as well, as they are not that amazing, yet there are far more damaging spells that stun for the same length with lower cooldowns (eg: Nyx Assassin's Impale)

I'll just reduce its reflection percentage. The tidal wave is just like shockwave of magnus. I'll change the name of tail slam to Kraken Stomp.

Kraken Stomp sounds awesome!
One more thing...

Kraken's Broken Shell
Reflects 9/18/27/36% of the damage dealt to the source.
Returns only if the source is in 450 units from you.

Could the 'reflecting' of damage also not work outside of 450 damage, so this hero has huge tankiness and damage with 450, but does not reflect ranged damage outside, thus needing to get close to enemies via blink dagger. Simply not feeling 36% of all ranged damage is crazy..
