I added that to the early game, it should be the first thing u buy after 2 last hits. I added stout shield first for saving health regen, because i'm sure you can manage last hitting 2 creeps.

You should definitely consider getting a Black King Bar after the MoM at least, since you won't be invincible inside your Chronosphere as there will always be that one support standing outside of it. Also, getting a Battle Fury after all that stuff is pretty redundant: either buy it for early-game jungling and fast farming or focus on single target damage with a MoM/Maelstrom/Drum.

If you're having trouble Last Hitting, just get better at Last Hitting.

A Quelling Blade is good for Jungling with Battlefury though, since you can apply Bonus damage to the Cleave clearing Camps faster, but since the author isn't doing the Battlefury build, it's probably not worth adding here.
