Yeah, Omni is one of my favorite heroes, so I'm used to PL purging my Repel off of me with his damn diffusal... :p

Aghanim on

Batrider: ult now AOE spell.
Chaos Knight: Additional Phantasm.
Centaur: his recent ult + his old ult (the adding strength things)
Clinkz: besides draining HP and damage from nc, also get their skills.
Drow: Besides adding agility to herself, also draining agility from her hit target.
Ember: Zero mana cost for ult.
Kunkka: summon 3 consecutive ships.
Lifestealer: Now he can infest to enemy heroes.
Lycan: Zero collision.
Magnus: Additional ult range.
Nyx: Ult also passively burn mana.
Phantom assassin: ult also minus armor (auch)
Phantom lancer: illusion duplicate chance increased to 50% (the hell????)
Riki: He is still invisible while hitting.
Skeleton king: reduce cooldown to 60 seconds.
Sniper: additional ult range.
templar assassin: her traps not only slow, but also deals 250 damage.
Venge: ult pulls the enemy towards her, instead of swap both position.

Most of those seem so OP its not even funny. AOE Lasso?? Nopenopenopenope

Almost all that is ridiculously OP.

As for my suggestions:

Ember Spirit: Cast range improved from 1500 to 2500 and doubles the maximum amount of charges available to 6.

Keeper of the Light: When ult is activated, Illuminate charges at twice normal speed, Blinding Light miss chance improved to 100% and lasts for 5/6/7 seconds (as opposed to 3/4/5), and recall cooldown reduced to 5/4/3.

Slark: Shadow Dance cooldown reduced to 40. Essence Shift's effects are doubled while you are under the effects of Shadow Dance.

Timbersaw: Chakram deals 4% of total HP per second in addition to it's standard damage.

How about Undying scepter will make him a living Tombstone while in his Ulti? (Though he is fine now as well I gues)

Actually, it should make the ship chasing target like heatseeker at max 2250 range chase.
