Nyx counters him rather well if you're smart, other than that it's just map awareness and not sending any ain't hero food mid against him..by no means is he imbalanced, very manageable in organized situations. To reidorate, Timbersaw destroys him mid..common sense tactics work the best don't feed him
Step 1: Pick Bristleback
Step 2: type in all chat:"GL hf"
Step 3: solo offlane
Step 4: first blood triple kill solo vs trilane
Step 5: continue head butting keyboard
Step 6: don't care, Bristleback doesn't give a ****
Step 7: screenshot repeated: BB OP comments in all chat
Step 8: alternate games with Slark pick

Level 16 Necrolyte with blade mail?
Omniknights repel could help a lot plus his healing does pure damage

Axe with blade mail is hilarious vs huskar
Centaur Warrunner has his merits as well
Hell I countered him with a blademail on rubick
Wouldn't rupture work on him since it goes through magic immunity?

Anyone with pure damage or burst physical damage can destroy huskar.
The trouble with huskar in pubs is people see him and use their stuns on him early, then he's left with 20% health around and has terrifying attack speed so you panic. Just leave your stun till you know you can kill him in the time he's down.
Counters to him: Juggernaut, Bane, Timbersaw, Outworld Devourer (huskar win laning but then od's orb will kick in), Omniknight, are just a few, any long stun or farmed late game carry too.

He's a very tough hero in mid lane if you have a poor matchup - given the chance he can dominate a lot of opponents. Magic damage is pretty useless against him once he gets Berserker's Blood levelled up - if that's all you've got, make sure you hit him hard early in the fight (while it will still be effective) before leaving the job to someone else.

If you can stop him snowballing then he's not that scary late game, and can be outcarried. TBH I think they need to do something about Ghost Scepter on him, as the combination of skills makes it pretty OP (he can still attack, still has great magic resistance, and can't be hurt physically). Pure damage is good against him, but again only while he isn't magic immune.

P.S - Necrolyte doesn't work as a counter anymore, since even Reaper's Scythe is magic damage. Blade Mail works until he gets a Black King Bar. And yes, Rupture is now universal damage, so ignores his resistance.

I believe you meant Rupture is now HP removal, which goes through immunity.

Ghost Huskar is definitely annoying as all hell, but it would mean he's not magic immune so stuns should whittle down the 4 second duration. God have mercy if he can afford an early EB-BKB combo.

Elder Titan works well during the mid game. When Huskar gets low on life and is hardest to kill. Elder can punch him for 200 damage.
My lone druid starting items are 12 Iron wood branches, 6 for the hero and 6 for the bear. Even if the bear does not get stats more twigs are OP on any hero.
