Well, hello, good sirs and ladies! I'm Visualz from North America and I started out in the moba scene in HoN back a few years ago, moved on to LoL since it's open beta, then Smite, now here I am. I've been playing DotA 2 for about a week now. I look up copious amounts of DotA 2 knowledge, so, I'd say I'm better than most new players, but I'm no pro(not yet atleast). Feel free to add me if you want, my steam name is NPC | Visualz

Hi all, I am new to the game. I pretty much saw it when i was browsing through new games in Steam. When I saw that it was free, and looked fun, I pretty much said "Bingo!"
So I have played about 70 hours overall.
I just joined the forum to see if anyone had written a good guide for the Faceless Void.
Me + Faceless Void = domination.

Well, I have been having loads of fun, and plan to keep playing for the next few weeks (then my vacation is over). I hope to see and and have fun with you guys/girls!

Peace.

If any of you all want to connect and play a game, look me up:

Well, hello everyone!
First of all I want to say that I'm an hardcore gamer but Dota 2 is my first MOBA, I've been playing for a few days now and after playing really badly at first, I decided to read some guides, builds, and strategies, basically I've done my homework and I'm improving a lot.
I stumbled on this forum searching for builds, and I thought it would be a great place to find new people and groups to play with... I'm kinda tired of the random matchmaking, I keep getting teamed up with people that still don't know what laning or farming is.
I'm still a noob with 20 hours of gameplay but I'm a fast learner :P

Faust, are you EU based? If so feel free to add me and invite me ingame. I am a beginner trying to improve and certainly keen to team up with others at my level.

xStoploss here, I've been playing DOTA2 since about 3 weeks before actual game launch (don't remember the exact date). Since then I've been absolutely addicted to everything DOTA. If I'm not working I'm watching DOTA vids, reading guides, and losing in pubs... well most the time. 186 hours played with a 50-50 record (Limited Hero/ nooby I know). I probably watched every game TI3 and that just made me want to learn more. Love playing support which is so hard to come by as I have found out. Currently living in Guam (I'm American) and willing to play with other players. Who doesn't enjoy playing with a team when your chances of winning are so much better then random pubs.

Favorite Heros
Death Prophet (Mid)
Drow Ranger/Viper (Carry)
Lich/Venge/Zeus (Support)

If you could use another player to team up with send me an invite. I am more then willing to take criticism on my play to make me a better player in the future, if your not getting better then what's the point, right?

Name: William
Region: Western Europe (UK)
Games played: Approximately 60

Hey all,

My name is William and I first played Dota 2 back in April 2012 when I was accepted into the beta. I did however stop playing to concentrate on my MMORPG at the time (no longer playing!). I'd love to get back into this game, but I'm worried about doing so alone without people to play with. I've read so many horror stories about it, especially as I'd like to play Support, that I'd really like to play as a premade with other new players so we can learn the ropes together.

Alternatively, drop me a PM on here.

Hello, I'm C0L0NEL999, from Bahrain.
I have been playing DotA for more than 6 years, played LoL for a short while when it was released, then went back to DotA because my friends didn't switch to LoL, then played DotA2 when it was released, then again back to DotA due to the massive amount of issues it had a year ago, like enemies becoming totally invisible permanently even while attacking and using spells, etc, and now I play DotA2.
I usually(90%) play as a support, because supports are usually the ones behind a successful team, also because usually(85%) my teammates pick 4 carries, farm all the time, and then start a flaming war.
