I played Huskar 3 times today, and what I see is that 6.78 buffs made him even more OP that he ever was (if he even was =.=). I played at off-lane to shut down carry farm with lv 1 Burning Spear, 2 times as solo, and it succeed ridiculously good.
First game finished with stats 16/5/5 LINK
Third game finished with stats 18/4/10 LINK
And second game finished with my best stats since I play dota, 30/0/10 LINK

What do you think about new Huskar's buffs?

he doesn't get armor. so you can finish him off with attacks.
or burst magicals that will go through several stacks of his E and will get reduced by the lowest.

It's a buff and a nerf really. Use your spells early, so he doesn't have a lot of stacks, and then finish hi off with DPS.
I got to Notable, Thanks!

The problem is, you can't really finish him off with high DPS, cause at about 5% hp he becomes truly immortal (provided he have lifesteal), and his HP just don't go down. One example can be my fight Luna vs Huskar, I brought his hp down to 10% in couple of seconds, and then he started attacking like mad (25 vs 25 lvl fight) and his HP stopped going down. The same applies to skills, russian Lina's and Lion's can't ks him with ulti, cause it does nearly nothing to him.

That's why he got removed from captain's mode, they're testing him for now.
and about lifesteal, you are right that with his attack speed he will barely die, you need to disable him in this case. Yes, he got really great buff, but he's not immortal

I found that, like already mentioned, you kill him fairly easily by bursting him down to low life, then disabling him and right-click him to death. When he picks up BKB...he is a bit harder to kill, I agree.

he's better than he was before - but still not going to get picked in high level games. A tank build is a solid choice for him now, with a pipe, he would be getting nearly 100% magic resistance at 50% hp - really good initiator to chew up skills and die. but there's still too many right click heroes that would rape him. he also has no farming skill.

the old HoTD barely worked before - it still won't work now, unless you already have your core tank items - I played against him mid - and I was QoP - A hero I am really **** with, I managed to farm, he killed me (or i got ganked) but our carry farmed better than he did and would take him down in no time.
at level 7, he also went a bit crazy, diving on heroes with the ulti skills available - so fed between 7-10, before realising his mistake.

he's a good counter hero as skills really do **** all - but he just lacks the team element. mech pipe trasq mjo bkb - likely his only solid possible team build - maybe a dagger for the added sniper factor, to catch solo heroes. his new flaming arrow 20dmg/sec stackable is much better now, and sustains it's usability until level 16 or so, then drops off - where as before by level 12, most would be going with hotd..

Every ganker drops off after mid game, unless they gain advantage in mid game, when it's their showtime. huskar is good at this. rarely a hero can escape him, and with help of an ally he can almost always make a safe kill.
But I dont think huskar falls off late-game as well. If he gets some armor items like AC and Tarasque. he will become really durable.

I can confirm that Helm of the Dominator works perfectly on him, paired with heal from Urn of Shadows and Q skill, gives him so much survivability.

Also my most succesful tactic is to go against lane against enemy carry to harass him with Burning Spear, not allowing him to farm. On my 30/0/10 game I had 25 lvl when enemy Spectre had only Quelling Blade, Tranquil Boots and Blade of Alacrity...
Not allowing enemy carry to farm is a thing every team should do to ensure it's win, and Huskar is perfect at doing that.

Yeah because his burning spears can be casted like a spell you can harass like a boss and creeps will not even run after you.
