I never use voice chat in pub games. In team games I am on ts with friends. I very rarely use the text chat. In the heat of battle there is no time for it and usually if the teammates are competent it is enough to use ping or some predefined commands.
Most of the time I have no problem communicating with my teammates in this way regardles what their tounge is.

Thats exacly what I am talking about. Most often you will get in chat such xenophobic, rude, immature comments from people with overgrown ego and nothing to back it up with. So there is a little point in the chat anyway.
