Bumpity bump bump buuu000ooomp.

I updated my first post with some important information. You should check it out. Normally I'd end this post with a colon, and a capitalized "d", but it's not worth smiling about. :(

I just had a very nice mentoring session with Angelo.

He's super chill and nice. Super patient too.

He could have just told me such and such does A) B) or C) but he showed me and explained why to do certain things.

He also taught me or you could say corrected an inadequate habit I had of just spamming a spell. If you can't kill him/her don't spam. It sounds so simple and you're probably going "well duhh" but when you think about it I bet most of us happen to fall into such mistakes. Now I'm consciously thinking about how to mana manage things for that window of opportunity to help make ganks and kills possible.

The same goes for warding. You want to ward in spots that give as much utility as possible. Not just for rune spotting or watching one path. You want vision of multiple things if possible.

I'll post more feedback as I play some games an implement the things I've picked up.

Congratulations on the new job Angelo. Post pics of your new tattoo. :D

I will when I get it. :D

Sorry my mic was cutting out occasionally. It should be fixed now.

Yeah, the mana thing sounds obvious, but it's not. I see people do it constantly. There are times when it's acceptable to just spam a spell for the hell of it... But that's for next time. :D

Edit: If you ever want to learn how to manage mana more effectively, pick up Lion and skip his E. Easily the most mana intensive hero imo, especially past 6. He is my #1 played in DotA 1, HoN, and DotA 2. I can speak from countless experiences in which I've simply TPed to save someone, and that mana put me under the required amount to do a full combo. Ugh. It's great practice though!
