Build creation.... In essence all builds in any possibility have been used. People only make them noteworthy or voices them. As sp12 has mentioned google can bring some older results with same items. Besides no build is somebodies personal property in my opinion. It is like the technology behind making a spear, if humanity somehow forgot it, someone would Rediscover it and claim it as their own, you never know. There are only so many feasible item combinations in the game. I guess I can give you credit for "Coining the build", in this case making it known to the community.
