Abaddon...

Do you think he will have a huge competitive presence in dota 2 or will he just be another pub hero?

The most I remember about him was his crazy annoying damage conversion that would just leave you baffled in team fights (I was bad in dota lol) but valve has changed a lot of characters in subtle and sometimes big ways, so you can't be sure what they're going to do with him.

I've seen several instances where Abaddon has been used to much success in competitive events. He's quite a tide turner which works well in any sort of line-up.

Abaddon is a real treat in pub games, since when his ultimate is active, people still keeps attacking him, in competitive play, no one is that stupid to keep attacking him while his ultimate is active, since he gets healed all the damage received.

Only reason why he and Terrorblade aren't released yet is cause they would be too OP for the players entering Dota right now. Still, I guess if in a competitive match and they need a strong tank then obviously Abbadon would be looked at first.

I love Terrorblade, he's a great hero, can't wait for him. He's pretty easy to counter tho.

Abbadon is useless in comp. matches

Abaddon is really strong if you can play him, he can heal, deal damage, shield allies, deal even more damage, slow enemies by attacking them, kill himself, heal himself by going 'Rambo', etc.

Abaddon is an absolute powerhouse. His versatility is one of his strong points as he can tank, support and semi-carry all at once. I used to main him in Dota 1. I'm quite sad over the fact he hasn't been released yet :(
