It would give less strength obviously. Hence making Sange and Yasha less interesting for strength carries. At the same time it would be a (albit small) buff for Heaven's Halberd which would give pos 3-5 60 hp more while still giving the same utility. They never bought it for the strength anyways.

I don't like that change since I prefer the strength for the damage if I'm a strength hero and the component gives hp anyways. Also Silver Edge would be affected too.

You make the item much much worse. It gives less STR for a tiny bit more HP, and just a more awkward build up. And really getting HP from STR is better on the item than simply getting more HP because of the damage/synergy. Plus it loses all symmetry with Yasha, which is bad.

I guess the biggest benefit is that it makes casual Vit Booster better on a lot of heroes, which could mean a lot. But generally supports don't have the gold to waste on that and get like casual Bracer instead for the stats.

Not a change I'd like to see.

Since you just can't have enough Chaos Breaker.

You'd see a drop in the number of punchases of Sange based items. It wouldnt do anything, it would just make it worse.
