"Pro" Razor

If we're theory crafting Razor builds, I think the best way to go is...

Drum of Endurance/ Sange and Yasha, Aghanim's Scepter, Refresher Orb/ Octarine Core, Eye of Skadi

Razor, I feel, is a hero that is meant to deal damage by just living too long in a fight for the enemy to deal with: with an ultimate that gradually chips away armor, Static Link to steal damage, and a low cooldown nuke to boot. Even his passive is designed to prevent him from being stunned and burst down by heavy single target hitters.

So one stats/mobility item, an Agh's for that additional DPS and fast pushing potential, and then Octarine/Refresher, the order changing depending on whether you need survivability or tank. Boots of Travel is a must at some point, of course, and an Eye of Skadi for even more tank and the guarantee that no one will get away from you.

I'd personally list Desolator and Abyssal Blade as Skadi alternatives depending on the game: Deso if you're either playing split push or really need to melt a target quickly, Abyssal if you desperately need lockdown. All in all, though, you shouldn't be playing him as one position since his late game DOES fall off. So realistically, you're going to get maybe three of these items max. Four if the game goes super late.

Razor does not grow that much going in the late game he is normally like #3 greedy player.
OGvs secret shanghai moon was playing it but OG lost.
Your team has to have a true carry and you guys need to be efficient in the jungle to maintain the greediness of heroes.
It takes a lot of practice.
Secondly liquid have tried a lot of new builds and razor was one that got succesful. They have grown a lot as a team since the last major. But it makes them super dependent on the razor to make sure they see through the midgame with ez
