How does this hero concept fit into Dota 2?

The hero has been updated. Added supplementary material, character personality, which is aloof. Hero interactions, with a wide range of them. A Voice sample of what she'd sound like. And a relative powerlevel of the character in the Dota universe.


Minor balance changes, aoe of Cyclone Call from 250 to 150, so the AOE is much smaller. Increase in Air Pressure Bomb's cast range and made it move at 1000 speed so its more of a skillshot. Also increase in mana cost for ultimate, since its high impact.
