I have tried playing with a ping of 1000+ right when I choose one of the most skillshotty characters in that game (because someone decided to upload something in the middle of a dawngate match damnit)

I played Eu West once, played Mirana, think we lost but the ping wasn't too bad.

Eh. It really depends. I play on us east all the time, but my comp handles other servers, even EU east just fine. Now the people there however....

Depends how much Ping you get in US servers, I think anything 200 or under is fine, not sure tho.

I will say under 180 is great. 180+ it will add extra difficulty to skillshot heroes, and 220+ / bracket loss at ~ 3% is problematic.
If you're inside 0-100 ping you will have 0 delay. A bit higher will just give you that extra 0.1/0.2 second delay when you click on your hero. You can get used to it, though.

I mean I have know,ledge with ping and packet loss so might as well help you with that...
