INTELLIGENCE CARRIES ARE COMING

And I want to talk about two in particular.

Octarine core(sorry not lotus orb) gives you spell lifesteal, and I tested it in the test client just to make sure and yeah-get this:

Glaives of Wisdom and Arcane Orb can GET LIFESTEAL

I see this as a pretty big deal that can make Silencer and OD just as threatening as a farmed Agi carry. Octarine core will also be awesome on Zeus and Leshrac(pony time), but I really like the right click lifesteal it will give OD and silencer.

I mean you could stack a Silencer full of intelligence items, consume one of those moonfang things for attack speed and giggles, and be potentially hitting way harder(in pure damage too mind you) than most agi carries will, especially if you have a lot of Int stolen.

What do you guys think? is it viable?
I got to Notable, Thanks!

I definitely think the age of Int carries is here. Have you seen Invoker's updates? But I do think that the agi carry will remain the big kid on the block. The attack speed and the synergy with carry items like manta style is just much better than on int heroes. For example, OD wouldn't be able to take full advantages of a manta or a butterfly.

Oh totally. Octarine Core is a very interesting new item that puts a lot of Int heroes into the "carry" position now. But for the non pure ones, notice the buff to Pipe and Cloak, and the fact they are stackable. But most pubbers will not do that. I fully expect Zeus and Cent to move to the top Pub Winners this patch.

Since we're here, maybe we can discuss some other good carriers.

Necrophos. Superheal from Death Pulse, Superheal from Scythe, basically make Sadist even stronger. And 50ish CD on Scythe.

Bristleback. Cooldown Reduction on Quill Spray and Goo. Faster stacks. Healing from your massive AOE damage. Built in regen makes it so you never run out of mana.

Timbersaw. Chakrams do a ton of damage. Throw some around, synergy with Reactive Armor, get some GG boots on your team, and Timbersaw looks to be a real terror.

Tinker. With his now useful Aghs along with this, Tinker's team damage may get even higher and he will be healing massively in fights due to his massive damage output.

Death Prophet. Even more crypt swarms. Dunno if it works with Exercising, since they are technically summoned units.

These are good times for AOE carries.

The biggest thing on OD by far is Moon Shard. 120 ASPD? And you can consume it for another item slot if you want it, still get some benefit (half).
