Silencer enchants his glaives with his wisdom, dealing additional magic damage based on his Intelligence and temporarily stealing intelligence.

Percent Intelligence to Damage: 20% / 40% / 60% / 80%
Intelligence Stolen: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
Steal Duration: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35

Causes every 4th glaives attack to silence an enemy for 1.75s. Additionally, increases Intelligence stolen on attack and on kill by 2.
Mana Cost: 20
Additional Information
Although lacking in traditional incantations, Nortrom's pedigree of the Aeol Drias gives him uncanny wisdom, which he applies to physical combat.
