Not Windrunner, she's not really a wuss when someone gets close as long she windwalks. Its not actually that easy :D

I have 4 possibilities... I'll go with:
Skywrath Mage

he has a pretty long range spell, can attack from out of sight / and it's a big flying bolt
he has fancy attack animations = "attack with glee"
also he is very squishy, therefor a wuss when someone get's close
