You're correct!

Even though Cepheus does have a point, by "attacks" I meant actual auto-attacking :P

Well, my turn then.

I dash, I stomp
No one can get in my way
And if they're stupid, and that's what they do
I can hit for quite a lot, at level 2

I have (literally) the best weapon in the game
And along my little buds, green and purple
We're getting reported, we're getting reported
That courier ain't got nothing on us

Edit: I feel I made it way too easy.

he uses Skewer to dash and stomp
can use a shockwave and skewer Combo at Level 2 to inflict high damage (or use Empower)

Best Weapon and the green and purple buds are referring to Special teammates and all three ultimate being similar?
namely his Reverse Polarity
Faceless Void with Chronosphere or Enigma with Black Hole -> Purple
Tidehunter with Ravage -> green

all three Ultimates are close range mass-disables
