yea thats right. but ... hm idk.... i'm just not a fan from it xD becasue lot of time the enemys got denied. but i added afgha to optional items

It doesn't kill but it can end up doing a large amount of your total damage.

you can buy it but Poison Nova does not kill, simple. The cooldown isn't all that and the Scepter does not provide the damage he needs.Maelstorm / Mjollnir does the job even better. Its Better for pushing and teamfights.
