I prefer to max meld after refraction, and only get one point in psi blades mainly for the spill, since the spill is the same at all levels

I agree with the maxed out Refraction, it gives a massive damage boost in early game.

i always used to only get one in refraction and max psi blades and meld, but this build is awsome :)

i don't understand why medalion isn't considered situational on this hero, now that someone has pointed it out it seems kinda obvious lol

maxing refraction first makes it far easier to last hit and makes you immune to harassment, also, if you max it by 7 u'll have far more damage than anyone in the game (at that time) and you will be able to tower dive while ganking far easier.

I personally prefer to level Psi Blades to max asap. I find it allows for quick farming and stuff. Add an explanation for why you did it this way?
