Thank you for your comment.

But an early RoB, Phase boots and +15% from Vlads isn`t damage?
I know I'm not aiming to bigger damage items like BtlFury, HoD, or Maelstorm, but the build gives stats that under my POV provides other aspects such as ASPD, HP and armor.

When i play phantom assasin i usually go phase boots, skull basher, then hyperstone. This build lacks regen and lifesteal but allows you to start atacking and ganking right after you get basher as the damage from phase boots and basher helps you killing fast, thanks to phantom strike which increases the effectivity of your basher because before they can even react you will allready hit them 2-3 times and if one of that hits, stuns, that guy is likely dead.

I like this build in pub games generally because is strange that everyone does well, so i like to kick fast into the game to help my team as much as possible. If you go for battlefury u are meant to farm a lot. As i like to say with this build you farm heroes not creepwaves xD.

Big problem is that you need to play well with PA. Yo need to understand, that you are a killer and backstaber, u are not an initiator, you should never lead the charge, and usually get 1-2 kills and get out of there, thats why i like phase boots. Is also really important to have TPs, u do this build to help team and get easy kills here and there, you need to be mobile and able to back to base when needed.

Back into the items, i like to finish abyssal blade before cuirass (if no one of ur team gets it, GET IT and with this item and abyssal you can even kill feeded lychans) or mjollnir ( if someone gets cuirass). Point out that if enemy team has like insane stuns or magical damage, bkb is better before even finishing abyssal. If they are all nukers you may even prefer linkens. After abyssal and cuirass/mjollnir you will have insane damage output, and 1 stun from ur side likely means a kill. Your final items should be monkey bar, satanic and/or rapier.

And remember u are a killer not a fighter :)

If you're going to take Vlad's and Basher so soon, I think you should remove the Battle Fury since it's useless if you don't use it for farming getting it by ~15-20 minutes. Yasha is another poor item on TA since the attack speed is not needed (or not as much as the attack damage) thanks to Phantom Strike, and getting a Black King Bar is definitely a priority.

So, either:
Basilius --> Treads --> Battle Fury --> BKB/Basher/Vlad's in any order, or
Basilius --> Treads --> Vlad's --> BKB/Basher in any order.

There's no reason to buy an early Morbid Mask (or a whole Vlad's) since the Ring of Health is more than enough for your sustainability and delays your farming item by a lot; for the same reason that early Javelin should also be substituted with a Claymore. Or, you can make good use of the listeal by simply skipping the Battle Fury (including the RoH).

In my opinion, unless you have a trilane and know there is no chance of dying at level 1 then you should always get phantom strike level 1 for escaping. Stifling dagger levels 2 and 3, and blur at 4. 1 point for 20% evasion is amazing.

Also BKB is core. You should get it right after battlefury (if you get battlefury).

However, with the sort of farm that you will get in 90% of pub games if it's duo lane vs duo lane (the sort of person who needs a guide), then you should never get battlefury, as these types generally are not very good at last hitting and don't get good enough farm early on for BF to be worth it, plus BF is an item you get if you will be able to farm for 20 minutes while your team make you space... which never happens in low level pubs. Phase, drum, basher is a much more sensible build which enables you to fight reasonably early. BKB is necessary either before the basher or after it as PA is so squishy.

nice guide overall.. a few remarks if you will:
1. When building Battle Fury the Void Stone should be the last thing you buy, after Claymore and Broadsword because you don't really need the mana regen
2. If you go for Vlads instead of Helm of the Dominator the Desolator should be core, the damage output and the lifesteal will increase substantially
3. I think you should put 1 early point in Blur for 1 out of 5 hits evasion in the lane stage.

Early game dagger should not be used to harass but as a means to last hit creeps when you can't get in melee range. Mid its used to harass cause if the ult procs you'll hit a support for 25% of their life and you can either dive them or they will leave the lane. Late its mainly used just for the slow
