Item build is ****...bkb is almost always situational. And no
I also disagree with your skill build. A standard is that you almost always max your nuke by 7, not link.
Sange and Yasha is just a subpar item in general. Heaven's halberd would be a better item.
Static link's effectiveness actually diminishes as the game progresses, since it drains a fixed amount of damage. For movespeed, phase boots are sufficient, as while you're draining, position yourself near the enemy and walk-attack them.
Get this right, Razor's best skills are his Q and W. His E is a welcome addition, as is R, but they're not the things that define Razor or gives him his strength. His R is also unreliable, especially in teamfights, as it is probably not going to target the opponent you'd want it to hit. There are even times I don't level R until 10.

Another low bracketer, hey buddy guess what? This guy isnt building the ****-*** cookie cutter you're playing.
EDIT: I'd also just like to say no matter how good link is I would never suggest taking it level 1. The nuke power of your Q just hits way too hard especially on squishies in lane. Also you put yourself in harms way too early if you're going to link people at level 1.

Actually even if you want to add E, you could try adding only one point in it, and then max Link instead of E first. Yes, Razor is very good in small early game skirmishes as he can have damage underestimated by enemies.
I haven't exactly elaborated on late game items yet, but I'm probably going to try a few builds when I have the timme to get around to it.
EDIT: Just played a game of Razor last night. I actually decided to take an early point in my Link (Which I dunno why I never did before...) and it helped me get a 1v2 double kill. Was left with 30 hp but made it out. If you play Razor I highly suggest adding at least one or two points into Link early on if you generally max out his Q and E right away... Just one level into link helps a ton more than just another into his passive.
Good content, +1.
