Why start with boots? Pugna starts out with great move speed... build a little tankiness + some sustain to begin... you'll just get out-laned by simple harass without sustain. =/

And yeah, rushing Aghanims > Dagon. No need to buy Dagon early, (or at all) you're not the hard carry.

Wow, that is just standard pub pugna from dota. Dagon is just a snadard item for killing 1on1. That's just for fun.

Not so sure about your item build, mate. For one, the Dagon is just ridiculous. I don't think it's worth the gold. Decrepify + Life Drain is often enough to kill a locked-down enemy, imo, and you don't need that Dagon in the first place. Purge is not so much a Nuker as a sustained damage caster, who deals consistent damage over a relatively long period of time, due to the mechanics of Nether Ward and Life Drain.

Also, why in the name of sandwiches would you get an Eye of Skadi?!? It's absolutely USELESS on Pugna, since your Aghanim's Scepter will give your ulti 0 CD, making you have it on all the time. Your AA is pretty good with the 4 int gain, but it's not worth it when you have a skill with no CD like Life Drain. Skadi is just ******ed on Pugna.

Meh. Sorry if I sound a bit harsh. Just the items on this guide are really out there.

P.S. Try to add item icons like what I did. It makes the guide look prettier. :D
