I'd like to agree with others on the need for a BKB in most situations. Also, I'd like to suggest adding mask of madness in the situational items, since it is a very useful items when there are only a few stunners/disable, or when you're team is in a make or break situation when you are falling behind and have no other means to turn it around. Also, diffusal blade is a very good item to substitute in place of the blink dagger or yasha when the situation calls for it.

I like this guide, it's up to date unlike the others. I agree with getting Refraction at level 1 (though it isn't that much of a difference in pubs), and my only real concern is the lack of a Black King Bar which I usually buy after the Yasha when using the first build.

You can get Refraction at level one if you want, I find it to be situational. And about the BKB, i forgot to add that as a situational item, I will do that when i can.

Isnt it better to get Refraction at level 1? Especially in certain matchups?
I makes it easier to get your bottle faster and delay your opponents.

That is debatable, you can get refraction at level 1, something I would recommend if your block was worse than theirs, but if you have the better block , get psi blades. But you are right, refraction is a very good move for beating your opponent, that is why it is the first max.
