I've had people tell me its better to get Phantom Strike at level 2 just in case the other team attempt an early gank but that has never happened. You really don't have a reason to use Phantom Strike before level 5, unless the your opponent is pushing his lane a lot. I find it a lot more useful to have blur and use it to avoid creep attacks when you get too close. But going from level 1-6 in mid lane happens really fast so putting it on 2 or 4 wont really matter :D But ill try a couple of games getting blur at level 4 if I see any improvements ill makes sure to change it the guide. Thank you :D and I agree, you have to be very alert when playing carry mid. You have to focus on last hits and denies while also making sure your lane is not pushed to a spot where you can be taken advantage of. Good luck! Hopefully you ill find a team that doesn't mind you playing mid lol :P
