Quick reasoning: Roaming
I get Caustic Finale insted of Sand Storm as one level of sand storm shall be sufficent early game for sticky situations. Also leveling Caustic Finale allows you to counter push and push fast as well as farm up big items in unoccupied lanes and jungle
When you start off the game make it clear to your team that you are roaming, camp a rune and preferably get someone else to camp the other if you get the right rune you can easily get first blood if the lane has another stun (chain stun with burrowstrike). Late get bottle asap to grab the runes and keep up momentum. Just be wary if they set up wards, sentry wards my be needed.
