Silence is basically a BKB already.

Nice guide overall, only i'm not sure about Skill buid, but i will leave that to players who actually play her more often than me. But about iteam build i would 100% add BKB to Core iteams and also Manta Style to core. These two iteams will make Drow very hard to kill and make MAX use of her in teamfights. And then you pick Crystalis and Daedalus to completly wreck enemy team.

Thanks for the comment, i made a couple of changes.

I think BKB is quite situational though, it really depends on who is on the other team.

I would recommend moving Helm of the Dominator in front of the Crystalys in order of priority. The faster you can make HotD the faster you can start to dominating Centaurs and wolf commanders. Centaurs will keep you alive and provide lane / neutral security on top of stacking.

You want to postpone buying Crystalys/ Daedalus as you want to have above 200+ dmg for critstick to be truly beneficial. Your best bet for a first damage item is Black King Bar.

As for your option to go shadow blade, the risk weight about the same as the reward. Opt into buying Black King Bar instead. Why run away when you can stand your ground and trade damage on top of lifesteal.

Edit : Yes BKB can be situational but 95% of the time most enemy teams will have some sort of disable. It's not only for mass disables, it grants a window of damage opportunity and a good source of health + damage.
