You can do (icon=name of the item size=64) for both Heroes and items.
Also, about the starting items: I like the recipe because you can buy the rest from the side lane shop, which is easily accessible thanks to your webs and invisibility. The ultimate at 6 is fine, but I prefer more regen from Spin Web for sustainability while laning.

Keep up the good work! This could become one of the top rated guides. :D

@Peppo_oPaccio:

Thanks for the feedback!

I wasn't so sure about the best starting items myself, yours look great!
Although I usually don't like buying the item recipe first, it's surely understandable.

I agree with your point at "not getting the ultimate at lvl 6", it's just sometimes pub people complain **** about not getting it at lvl 6.. and you know it's very bothersome to explain things to pub guys. I used to get Spin Web at lvl 6 myself but above reasons and the fact one level of the ultimate is not too bad made me choose ultimate early on.

Wouldn't bother fixing those two XD
Let more people comment things here!

Btw, How do you insert item pictures in the text?

This guide is nice except for two things:
Other than that, there are some minor things about which I disagree (the lack of a Poor Man's Shield, the "late" Soul Ring which I usually take as first item, the Skull Basher being put before Orchid/BKB) but it's an ok guide. Good job!
