DOTAFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new hero, or fine tune your favorite DotA hero’s build and strategy.
Mask of Madness is far worse than Helm of the Dominator IMHO, since it makes you more squishy, not less. Plus, stealing an Alpha Wolf is the hotness.
Manta Style is much better than Sange and Yasha, and should be bought before your Butterfly.
I personally like to start with Tango, Healing Salve, 2 Slippers of Agility, 2 Iron Branches. That way I can quickly upgrade into Poor Man's Shield and then Boots of Speed, both of which I think will increase your survivability much more than Morbid Mask in the early game. Belt of Strength is better to get before Gloves of Haste since, you know, more HP.
Your build seems to assume that you will be auto-attacking everyone down, but they will never attack you back.
My upgrade order is Poor Man's Shield -> Power Treads -> Helm of the Dominator -> Shadow Blade -> Manta Style -> Butterfly. The game kinda ends around there, although you can get rid of the Shield and Treads for other late game items like BKB if it drags much past that.
