This build abuses Bad Juju cooldown reduction to have 125% uptime of Necronomicon.
Necronomicon plays very well with both Poison Touch and Healing Wave.
Use Necronomicon for farming jungles while you push towers (also use them for dewarding) or use the attack speed aura from necronomicon to breach towers with your teammates.
