Well, this hero requires some health management to be effective (quite like Huskar). The way I see it, you charge in with Blood Strike, get your ultimate off before getting hit, and then taking advantage of the invulnerability to get your Crimson Blade and Wrath's Blow to heal yourself and damage enemies, then heading out of the fight. However, I think the charge range should be decreased, so that there will be a bigger chance for counter-play and good positioning will play a bigger part into a victory or a loss.

I may be missing something, but what is the range and radius (I am guessing 300 like his other abilities?) on backlash?

Also whilst it sounds pretty terrifying, so many things that would stop him dead in his tracks go right through magic immunity. In fact it sounds like necrolyte would be particularly deadly to him - basically helping him die once he hits the ground Heartstopper Aura, keeping him stunned Reaper's Scythe and then helping his team recover Death Pulse.

Quoted:
If you build a Heart of Tarrasque on him,it would instakill supports late game without any retaliation.

and yeah I'm just vaguely concerned about that :x as someone who plays a lot of squishy characters x) though I guess depending on the radius it affects, the enemy supports/squishies could just disperse themselves to make it harder to hit them.
