500~650 can be short in average, pushing your enemies away will makes other skills difficult to follow-up.

I see, maybe you should just reduce the cooldown, damage and travel range of R( duration is the same ). And give it a scepter upgrade that allows R to pierces magic immunity, which give him a better CC.

P.S : Rescale the mana cost to increasing value would be more balanced.
