laner heroes!

Which heroes can lane very well?

Or in other words,
[*] able to have superior lane control
[*] can harrass heroes constantly with ease
[*] can still farm even under harsh condition like 2 vs 1
[*] can outfarm or make enemy heroes underfarm

In my opinion, I think lich and shadow demon are the best laner in the game already. But I wanna know what do you guys think?

These are some heroes I find to be particularly good laners in no particular order.

Templar Assassin
Shadow Demon
Windrunner
Morphling
Lone Druid
Broodmother
Clinkz
Lich
Tinker


Not a complete list but gives you some food for thought. I am aware that not everyone will agree with a few of the heroes but yeah my opinion on some decent ones ;)

How can you not say Invoker Sarcyn? ;)

Kunkka, he's a pain in the *** to play against on lane

Also most of the low manacost orb-walkers! :) like Viper, Huskar or Drow!

Dark Seer oft goes unappreciated in his lane dominance. He can destroy even suicide lanes if he's played properly.

He can force melee heroes to choose between taking damage or getting last hits, and obviously that Ion Shell can get him his last hits, too.

I'm surprised Venomancer hasn't been mentioned yet. Or am I crazy for thinking so?

What about Sniper? His range just shuts you down...or maybe I just dunno how to counter that. Also Kunkka and his Tidebringer.

Superior lane control - Check
Harass opponents with ease - Check
Farm even under harsh condition like 2 vs 1 - Check (gimme 5 v 1!)
Can outfarm or make enemy heroes underfarm - Check

Oh, and Viper. His attack animation is pretty easy to master, and his harass is great with Nethertoxin and Poison.
