Human skill and Bot difficulty.

The bots are a lot more difficult than humans in certain ways, their instant reaction time makes it really difficult to play initiatiors as they will just stun and burst you down the moment you blink in. On the other hand, bots have really bad decision making, often they just run into five enemies all by themselves and they don't care about heroes missing on the map. Bots don't usually place wards at the beginning of the game and the wards are always in the rune spots. They also just choose the heroes randomly (or at least it seems like it :P).

P.S. The +25% XP&gold explains why even when I feel like I'm getting every possible CS the bots are ahead in farm :P

I'd play unfair but the +25% XP and gold sounds painful to deal with. My problem with bots is that they just feed so hard, especially the ones on my team. It's basically 'carry practice'. The AI is just so stupid it hurts.

I went 32-1 as clinkz on unfair bots, because they always do the same thing and they make stupid decisions they are really easy to beat.

They choose heroes out of the limited heroes pool as those are the only heroes volvo made AI's for.

The only problem is the bots on your team are pretty screwed in the head as well, on 20hp and going to escape and they turn around :C

The best thing I see bots for is cleaning up your last hitting mechanics with different heroes, considering unfair bots are damn near perfect on last hits and denies, getting your timing down can be pretty solid practice for pubs. Besides, you can practice laning and than disconnect and continue to practice last hitting

Once you figure out bots you can abuse them really hard.

For instance they cant handle burst damage, so against any squishy hero you can get a LOOOOOT of solo kills, after you get one it completely goes south for them.

Dark seer is also broken and fun to bully bots around with.


That said i pretty much only play against bots in mid to get a feel for a certain hero.

Enigma is fun against bots though. They'll happily 5-man push into a Midnight Pulse, but don't expect to get any Black Holes off without a BKB. Haven't tried Dark Seer against them but it sounds like it would be disgusting.

Yeah it's just so hilarious :D Same thing with Tinker, throw your march and they'll happily tank it until they are down to about 150hp. After that they're like "GOTTA GET OUT, NO WAIT I NEED A TANGO FIRST" :D
