Ajani Goldmane is a melee Universal support who focuses on buffing, protecting, and rallying his allies. Using his nigh-divine mastery over the sacred magic of auramancy,Ajani's Presence alone can mend his allies' spirits, greatly bolstering his team's health regen and attack speed capabilities. Never one to watch his allies suffer, hisHeroic Intervention saves the day by leaping into a cornered ally, dispelling many powerful debuffs from them while making his next attack bash the enemies' faces as well as siphoning the enemy's spirit to heal the saved ally based on his damage.
Ajani is never alone! At any moment's notice,Ajani's Chosen warriors and archers can come to his aid, dealing damage at various ranges while also benefitting from the auras he provide. And if you think that's it, he canIgnite the Beacon in each hero's heart, effectively giving them a free TP scroll to immediately join the fight, wherever it is.
Thanks to his InnateAuramancy that increases his aura's radius, in addition to his abilities and stats, Ajani will most likely going to be played as a pos3 or pos4 with an emphasis on building aura and utility items to benefit his team such as Vladmir's Offering, Pipe of Insight, or Crimson Guard. For a more luxurious option, Radiance also has an aura that can get as big as 1250 radius due to his innate.

  • Ignite the Beacon could have insane meta-warping potential: Any team-wide form of global mobility is insane in a competitive standpoint. If there will be any reason for him to be picked or banned, it'll be because of his ultimate.
  • No other hero can unite a whole team better than him: Supports lack map awareness? Carries got carried away farming? No problem! And since the whole team is there anyway, might as well take down a tower or two.
  • No allies? No problem!: Ajani's Chosens both benefit from Ajani's aura, as well as serving as useful targets forHeroic Intervention. Casting it to his warrior allows him to catch up when the time is right; and casting it to the archer enables a for a quick back up plan should he need it.
CoNS
  • lacks disable and damage: Unlike other supports who can have reliable disables and reliable damage. Ajani has very little options in dealing with actual threats who can fight him and his summons back.
  • His impact relies more on allies rather his own: Three-out-of-four of his skill set heavily hinges on his allies being around.Ajani's Chosens, while useful, is no substitute for a well-choreographed team.
  • He can win games. But he cannot win you the game: If Ajani's team are already on the losing side. There's almost very little he can offer to turn back the tides. The higher up the competitive ladder you go — which consists of players who knows how to manage their own TP scrolls, the less important he becomes.

Ajani heeds his allies' call for help, leaping a great distance towards a target ally, applying a strong dispel. For a short window, Ajani gains haste and makes his next attack stun his enemy. Heals the targeted ally based on the attack damage dealt. Can be cast on self.

After a long cast point, Ajani ignites a spark in all allied heroes throughout the map, calling their attention and summoning an outpost beacon made of aether at target location. All allies get a free TP scroll, have its cooldown refreshed, and be alerted to the fray. After the duration, any unused TP scrolls will be gone and any previous TP scroll cooldowns will resume.
