The Road To the All Hero Challenge! (Tidehunter)

Wow! Two in one sitting!

Man, Tiny really wrecks late game! I still like my previous build of him, and it worked out nicely. I knew how to properly stun in team battles and we mopped the floor with them.

Now, before going to Tidehunter, I decided to do a quest playing Lich in a match for my Intelligence heroes. Man... we got a really noob team. I really felt sorry for the guys. At the start at the match it was only Drow Hunter in the safe lane. I forget who my second was, but she was solo for about 5 minutes. I kept harrassing the heck out of her and my partner decides I can solo this lane. I'm level 6 fairly quickly because I killed DH twice... and then, Juggernaught appears! So now I'm soloing two! I back away, Jug stops and starts killing creeps... I spike him twice with my fully loaded Q and... he dies.

... Okay, I just soloed a Jug as a support...

He comes back! A little smarter this time! DH is nowhere to be seen, but I'm keeping the lane around the tower and Good old Jug appears again and Omnislashes me... I have... half my health still there. I back away, Use my Tango for the first time in the match... waddle back to the tower... find him in the creeps again. Q'ed him twice, and he drops. At this point I'm like... okay, the whole team can't be like this... We see Skywrath mage at mid and I waddle over to take care of him, and low and behold his level 4 rump dies to the tower. X_x ... I loled pretty hard and the team agreed we should wreck them as fast as possible. Ten more minutes into the match... It's about 20 minutes and we're like 18. Skywrath is level 7 and dies two more times to the towers. We finally charge the place. We had a Queen of Pain as our captain, and everyone's wrecking everything... and their Pudge... can't hook anything to save his life. I mean, I don't even have a blink dagger, and I'm running away from the hook in my mana boots. At long last, I'm trying to q the creeps at mid lane, and Juggernaught actually connects with his Omnislash to get my only kill in the game. I couldn't help myself and stood up in my chair to applaud the guy. That was a revenge well deserved! Pudge also went down swinging by actually snagging me, but by that time, I had my BD, and it was like... BYE! So we wrecked these poor souls to bits...

I played Tidehunter in Solo and enjoyed testing out his moves. Once I got the scepter I was like... O_O I my god! His Q has an insane AOE range! So I thought the scepter was one of the main items. I decided to watch a pro game and I found something very interesting. He went for the melee damage and support items instead. Seeing how well TH could farm with his E, I followed his lead and worked on getting the small stuff first, then BD. It worked very well in Co-Op. I wish there was a way to lower the cooldown on his Ult other than a Refresher Orb. So I rock him with that build in co-op, and I take him up to medium bots. After I was satisfied with his progress, I played him in pub.

Now, for the TH pub, the only ranged character they had was a Tinker... and I'm like... oh God, we're going to wreck these guys. We had a Lina and a Visage (who knew how to play a visage) a Troll and Bane. Tinker is... SOLOING the top lane... So it's me and Visage tag teaming him between hitting denies and Vis getting his range on him. Apparently Tinker cranked up his missiles to the max because he starts wrecking poor Vis before he's high enough level to get his minions and gets FB. I'm like... okay, less harassing and more farming. I'm doing the melee build, so while Vis is getting back on his feet, I'm flash farming the creeps with my E and getting my mana boots. About level 9 Jug shows up and it's finally two on two, but vis has his familiars. Lina comes up from mid and starts nuking them from the forest. They try to run, I use my ult... bye bye Jug and Tinker.

The troll kept complaining about how Lina was taking all his kills. I'm said... "Dood, let her be fed...". They had a Legion commander who had it out for me and always hung around bloodseeker, so I made sure to get my BD as soon as I got my cheap stuff. After than I built Mek and seeing how almost everyone on the team was Melee I was like... I need to build a scepter... So I go on a jungle spree and in the meantime the other team was doing gloriously at taking out the towers. Once I got the Big Q, I cracked my knuckles and got into the team fight... I spammed that like Monty Python. We ended up winning at about 25 and I think I was level 21.

... Next up... Puck. Now, this one is going to take some time to learn how to dance with him. I heard he can midlane, but I don't wanna muck with mid unless I have to. Getting the timing down on his teleportation and dissapearing act will be key, as well as the rush for the BD. I keep seeing that his builds don't fully load his Ult, so I'm wondering how useful it really is. I'm about to find out!

Peace!
