I msotly go Wraith Band (sometimes 2 if I need the early kill potential) into MOM/HOTD then either straight Manta Style or Blink Dagger in between. Depends on if I need the extra mobility and positioning.

When I'm forced to play Drow, my usual build involves a Ring of Aquila into blink into armlet. After that I'll grab a Manta Style for full illusion build. Then I'll stack Agility.
