Techies counering Arc Warden? Wut?
Techies doesn't counter anything. And rat dota destroys Techies, not the other way around.
Did you forget that Arc Warden is a 625 range hero with Necronomicon as "almost core" item?
Seriously he can just send his clone with gem or necrobook to minesweep all day long with zero risk.

I'm no pro, but it seems like AW will be incredible RAT doto.

But it also seems like anybody with an escape mechanism besides running can easily escape his q.

Anyways, I'd build him something like this.

Browns + Tango > Eul's > Necro > Rapier :3
