- H4nni is not playing for Fnatic anymore.
- Excalibur is not playing for a team right now. Was standin for Fnatic.
- Ar1se is not playing for a team right now. Played standin several times.
.
.
.
This is obviously pretty subjective and I have almost certainly forgotten someone, but it’s more of a heads-up to:
1) Someone who just started watching competitive DotA.
2) Someone looking for a new mid hero to try out.
3) Someone who is learning to play mid and want to learn from the best by watching replays for example.
.
.
.
Feel free to comment and I can somewhat edit it.

Personally, I really like h4nn1. He might not be the " best" mid, but he's definetely a tier 1 mid. Also, the fact that he can play in every positions makes him a really a precious player and I'm sure he can fit on a lot of playstyles. He's looking for a team now, and might be with alliance. Call me a fanboy but he's in my top 3 players that I'd have in my team.

honestly i was never on the dendi bandwagon and when people went all fangirl over him i was like ... mehhhhh

but then i watched some of his games in TI2 and 3 and was like awwww yeaaa this guy plays fun thats the best way to describe it. he plays ... Fun.

watching him on YOLO heroes like storm spirit or QoP or pudge or Puck and its just super fun to watch.

he does fun **** and he does it well, he gets you on the edge of your seat going " he cant get out of this " and then he does with some seriously skilled play and your like .." WHAAAAATTTTTTTTT"

he plays loose and reckless with a high risk reward strategy and i like it i like watching it i like talking about it.

then in TI4 he went safelane and farming heroes and yea ... didnt have the same impact you could see he was being stifled in those roles/heroes, he looked "bored".

now watching him get back into his SS and QoP plays ... cant wait for TI5 :D :D :D

I've gotta say S4. Mainly for his Puck. The amount of talent this man has mid, it's just unbelievable.

RTZ was my fav, but since he has started to go safelane farmer for EG i think something has been lost. Fear is a great Mid, but taking RTZ back there would make for some exciting games.

Dendi, i am a fan, mainly from Free to Play. He is just a genuine lad, seems very humble and is exciting to watch. I think with the Secret reshuffle NA'VI have lost some stability though and it has affected him quite a bit. Hopefully them (and Alliance) can rediscover their form and get back to being competitive.

EDIT: When he recovers from injury i think Chessie could be on this list.

i still think he is higly overrated. Dont get me wrong, he is a top tier player and since i cant hold a candle to him,i have no right to judge about his gameplay. But there are other very experienced and entertaining mid-players out there as well. Also lets not forget that him winning his lane, was quite often thanks to his team and the support rotations. With the new NaVi roster he doesnt seem that impressive anymore tbh ....

Quick Stat:

over the past 3 years the average rotation mid during the first 15 minutes is 5 times.

wanna know what dendi has?

he gets ganked or attempted ganked on average 8 times in 15 minutes over the past 3 years....

thats 3 times more then any other mid player ....

fear the dendimonnnnn lolol

EDIT: i got this stat from a dotabuff article but apart from that i dont know if this is 100% fact... considering its dotabuff i would say yes but ...its a 90% certain yes haha

I personally love Mushi (in a manly way, not in any g** way) because... well he's just a good and awesome player. I also love DK and after TI4 i got kinda sad when i heard that Burning and Lanm are going to retire. I hope that Team Malaysia gets a invite to TI5.

Edit: Former DK and Ehome coach 71 i is forming new Chinese team with Mushi, Ohaiyo, DDC, InFlame and 5th unconfirmed person!! Hypeeeeeeee!!!

Wow, that's a potent line-up already. Who do you think the 5th could be?

I was thinking Hyhy, but has he been any good since he came back? I've heard conflicting reports.
