Rank 4 of avalance is actually not as good as the rest, which is why most people go q,w,q,w,q,w,w,r,q

i love solo lane tiny so much gank potential i would suggest as luxury items go i get shivas followed by pipe and i tend to never die after that and with my early bottle i can stay in lanes and or jungle when needed all game and dont die unless i get ganked by all 5 heroes and im alone (not likely to happen)

Take toss at 7, grow at 8 and avalanche at 9.

I usually start with 1 salve, 1 tango and 3 branches for early magic wand after bottle. It gets me 250 gold left over which will make my bottle very early.

I wouldn't suggest starting with bottle. I would go for some gg branches, and a few tangos and save the leftover money for bottle. You could farm the gold fast and easy, and the branches really make that easier. Lots of positives to having some stats early on as opposed to a bottle.
