Q: Application: Grind (Draw line)

Epsilon is able to target a line. He then launches a
razor saw-blade down the targeted area, dealing damage and
a minor slow.


Damage: 125/175/225/275
Projectile speed: 650
Slow(%): 10/15/20/25
Cooldown: 20/17/14/11
Mana cost: 90

W: Application: Firewall (Passive)

Epsilon's system is naturally immune to corruption,
giving him passive magic resist and armour. It also
grants him a small chance to turn an attacked target's
armour to 0 for a duration


Magic resist(%): 10/16/22/28
Armour: 3/5/7/9
Reduction chance: 17%
Duration: 2/3/4/5

Little known fact, Epsilon runs on 'Tink' OS.

E: Application: Jump jets (Target ground)

Epsilon is able to activate small rockets in his legs,
jumping to a target location through any terrain, damaging
and slowing enemies in an AoE around the landing zone.


Damage and slow AoE: 350
Range: 800/900/1000/1100
Damage: 100/125/150/175
Slow(%): 15
Cooldown: 16
Mana cost: 80

Tinker modified his heat seekers into a
more...'Flexible' use.


R: Application: Overclock (Active)

Epsilon removes his limiter function, turning ranged
with a DoT-applying attack, increased damage, increasing
the power of his passive, increasing the range of his jets and
making his saw-blade deal more damage. After the duration ends,
Epsilon takes damage.


Duration: 30
Range bonus: 350/450/550
DoT on attack: 20/30/40
Passive bonus resist(%): 10/20/30
Jet range bonus: 200/300/400
Saw blade bonus damage: 100/150/200
Self damage: 100/200/300
Cooldown: 80/70/60
Mana cost: 20% of max mana.

Epsilon is a simple machine no longer.

I've got some questions and suggestions:


What is the cast range of Application Q? By 'Draw a Line', do you mean that you have to create a path on which the saw travels using your mouse MS paint style?

For Application W, if an enemy is affected by armour reduction after having their armour reduced to 0, does that bring their armour below 0?

I feel like the mana cost for Application E at level 1 is incredibly huge. Even if enemies in the landing zone do get slowed and damaged, he will run out of mana very quickly in early-game encounters and this will hamper his effectiveness. Please decrease the mana cost (I suggest 80 at all levels, since the cooldowns is also enormous). Please specify the slow duration, too (I recommend about 5 seconds).

I feel like Application R should be called Application: Overclock, since he's essentially improving every aspect of himself when using it, but the improvements come at a price (the health loss). Speaking of health loss, is it lethal? Inb4 pro denies?

MS paint style was the idea.

Hmmm. If they're already below 0 armour, it has no effect.

Changed :D

Well I'm not fully sure whether it should be lethal or not ATM. Currently, consider it as non lethal.

Alright, Great concept.

For the Q, it reminds me a ton of Chakram. I like it.

The W for me seems like it might be ridiculously over-powered at the end of the game, even at a 17% chance, the armor reduction is a ton. This essentially nullifies any hero that builds armor items, and also basically denies the need for any armor reducing items on his team.

E... let's see. Depending on how fast he moves, I think the damage and slow radius is very small. I'd probably go with 350 minimum. Even with the crazy long range, 230 radius seems... terribly small. That's not even double melee range.

We arrive at R. I love and hate it. Maybe because I dislike the idea of self-damaging abilities, but nonetheless... I do think that the self-damage is a bit much, 600 is a lot of damage to an agi-carry at any stage in the game. Assuming that's magic damage, if it's pure then that's even worse. I'd probably do 200 starting with 100 increments, "200/300/400". As of now this basically guarantees that you'll be out of the fight after your ult, assuming that you don't die during the fight due to the now extremely large "KILL ME FIRST" you painted on your forehead the moment you activated the ability.

Nice hero Thread, I like the idea of a program. This hero seems to be a strong semi-carry tank. Would be fun to use I think. Also, attacks unnaturally fast. How do you imagine it's hero model looking?
