so, if I magnetize two heroes and silence one, they both get silenced. however, what happens if I silence, and then magnetize? or magnetize, silence and then drop remnant to magnetize the other? I realize this can be tested in a bot-game, but I'm at work right now ;)

OK, I tested it myself now. The debuff only spreads to the enemies already magnetized. So just silencing one guy and then magnetizing the whole team is not ideal :)

Pretty much, same with . That's why some people get on , very easy to silence and slow the entire enemy team.
