Cant play the replay (sad to say so fell free to criticize my comment) but based on the match details, there are some points that you lack communication with team (not on gameplay but in item coordination)

Im not really good at Invoker, your items were really impressive but(sorry if im harsh) shivas guard and radiance might be of little or not useful. Probably you're thinking of countering Centaur's dagger initiation but Radiance doesnt really scale that much for Invoker most of the time (especially that you were having a hard time dealing with the game based on your KDA). Euls might have been a good item but not really necessary IMO. You got a great initiation with your Tornado and a great annoying skill with EMP. Backed up with QoP's excrutiating screams, that would be awful for the enemy. Not to mention Disruptors crazy team fight power and Balanar to clean the leftovers
Special mention Timbersaw who can be the great "Bait" for all the one's mentioned above

Timbersaw should have been a good old "Hit-me-with-all-you-got" build as the Radiant team is focused on physical damage. Blade Mail and Cuirr*** would have assured a sure team fight and with your Invoker and QoP might be more of a domination.

Good thing that you opted to go to QW build as the enemy team obviously has a low mana pool. Balanar might have had a rough start, he could have irritated Drow Ranger and Demon Witch at the early stage. Im not sure why he ought to go shadowblade but IMO, Eul's might be a better pick as what I have seen on other competitive matches. It doesnt scale too much on damage but the initiation and the stats are really amazing.

Scythe of Vyse might have been a better pickup for QoP than Desolator. That could have been game shattering, but as I see, even QoP had a hard time.

Lastly, your team might have won this game if only item coordination and flexibility was crucially implemented.
